The Future of Design: The Necessary Rise of Inclusive Design

Ian Rolston, Decanthropy

As our world becomes smaller and smaller, humanity aspires to provide care, work, play and live connected experiences that are more meaningful. As industry professionals it is our responsibility to create considerate environments that support this quality of life for all. This is the Future of Design.

At the end of this webinar, participants will learn:
  • how to create positive discussions around adopting inclusive design practices,
  • where the opportunities lie in everyday "design practice", and
  • the value of adopting inclusive design practices.

A native of Toronto and an Ontario College of Art and Design Alum, Ian has honed 20 years of skill in working in the Interior Design industry with transformative firms in Canada and in the US to position projects, craft content and deliver design thinking across multiple sectors such as hospitality, education, transportation, retail, corporate and residential.

Now collaborating with Decanthropy, a platform for new thinkers in the inclusive design space, Rolston develops content that transforms the creative process for people, organizations and business globally. As "Lead Decanthropist", Rolston conducts professional teams, collective acumen and expertise to orchestrate objectives with clarity, passion and consideration. He helps make the imagined real, by developing meaningful interactions that shape progressive business responses that distinguish collaborators' spaces in the marketplace.

Registered attendees will receive a personalized link to the webinar via email on October 19, 2020.
